Certifiers, farms, for-profit companies, nonprofits, educational institutions, technical assistance providers, and organic businesses across the agricultural sector are invited — anything from small organic farms to national organizations.
There are 30 employer booths available, offered at no cost to those who will have at least one active job listing by November 5th.
Employers are expected to attend a vFairs training or watch the recording to learn how to set up the booth and get familiar with the platform. Employers will post job announcements, share information about their organization, and engage informally with attendees.
Yes. Employers can use the meeting scheduler within the job listing module to book 1:1 meetings or interviews with prospective candidates ahead of the event. Booth reps can shortlist some candidates in advance and make the most of the live event by following up with top prospects rather than starting the conversation from scratch.
Mid-career positions, entry-level jobs, internships, seasonal roles, and other openings are all expected.
Yes. Employers may reach out through the meeting scheduler to set up a 1:1 conversation ahead of the fair if your profile or resume stands out to them.
